What do you send after your Discovery Call with a potential client?

You can send a haphazard email or you can send a thorough proposal that walks through the SOW that you think would benefit your potential client.

What you're getting:

Here are the 7 sections you must have in your proposal:

• Overview of what you & the potential client discussed on the Discovery Call
• Goals and relevant KPIs that are relevant to potential client's needs
• A detailed Assessment/Audit of what's missing from their current email marketing efforts
• a detailed List of Opportunities that will support them in reaching their Goals
• a detailed List of Expectations & Considerations to support setting boundaries & having clarity
• variations of different Pricing options
• a High-Level Timeline for what will happen during the Contracting Period

What happens after you create your Proposal?

1. Send it to your potential client
2. Schedule a call to agree on terms in the Proposal (Highly recommend cal.com to schedule calls.)
3. If the SOW in the Proposal changes based on the conversation, revise the Proposal until you agree on it.
4. Once you've agreed to the terms in the Proposal, send your Contract. (You can find my contract template here if you don't have one already.)
